Dear Wilma & All,

I guess you are home now the sale is over and you are settled down a little again. I hope that you are not sick now after getting things all squared away down home. I’m anxious to hear from you about how the sale went. I sure hope everything sold good.

How does Dad like it there with you and how does he feel now after the sale.

I would like terribly much to have been there but I guess it will still be several months before I get to come home. Aline has been talking about getting in the Army Nurse Corps again and I certainly don’t want her too. I guess it is pretty hard for her to be satisfied just working and waiting but if she gets in the Army there won’t be much of a chance of us seeing each other till this war i over and I think that will still be quite awhile yet.

I don’t know a thing to write about Wilma. There isn’t much a guy can write about here.

I’m inclosing a picture it’s not much good and I don’t have too many cloths but maybe it will give you a little idea of how I look.

Write when you can.

Love
Elmer
