From Appleton: George S. Freeman of MA, lived at Milton, where he was
Lieutenant, Deputy to the General Court in 1693, 1708-09, and ordained
Deacon 30 July 1699.

NOTES: Sons Samuel and William were soldiers in the Canada Expedition
of 1690 and both were undoubtedly lost.
